The capital raising may have the opposite effect, ie increasing the price, if the benefit of increasing capital outweighs the negative effect of dilution at 003. In my view, it does because that appeared to be the biggest medium term risk. Ie they now have cash plus a graphite project which based on the information available should increase the value of the company significantly. Based on today's buying, we could say it already has had a positive effect which may continue developing.
