This "Hank Johnson" story is completely distorted. Hank Johnson and the Pacific Fleet Admiral (both were involved in the discussion) were old friends from Navy. Both also acted in TV dramas in 90s. In fact, the same dialogue that was exchanged between them occurred in the TV drama! Besides, Guam was the name of warship (USS Guam) which was sunk in 2001 by US navy target practice. So, this was an opportunity for two old friends to exchange an old joke between them.
Moral of the story: NEVER Trust the Republican Party in US. They will use any opportunity to lie, distort, frame and manipulate in order to smear democrats.
