Shareholder...nicely summarised. I sent a similar email to Jason last week..Surprise suprise no answer.. The week before that I emailed him about something else, he said he was overseas...so I wouldn't be suprised if he still overseas...

The points you've outlined is pretty much the same information I put in the ASIC ecomplaint. As an investor the dislosures that the company gives out is the information which I use to help with my decision on Investing. Conti Coal has not been transparent in the disclosures of the true state of the company. I encourage others to file an ASIC complaint (look for one of my older posts), this way ASIC will be able to find the information we seek. I have lost money on this, and so has countless others but if we can put stop to mismanaged company's like this we can help other people to not loose money on their Investment.
I am hoping that regulations are changed by ASIC to provide more protection for Shareholders in the future.
