    Logically... If they found anything of value in Botswana they would not raise now...

    They would hold off until after a Jorc was announced.

    Unless its to do a placement to insiders before a big pump...

    Insiders offload into the pump..... Sp ends where it started or lower...

    Just an out there theory... But more inlined to agree with pie....

    Just another one of these...
