Regardless of how I ask him, I don't think Jason's too keen to give explicit details on the reason for this proposed raising over email (probably because he's aware that this thread is on HC), but he has stressed that shareholders will be given more information on the raising prior to the GM. Scrutinise that information as much as possible when it is released, especially the amount going towards 'financing fees, working capital and admin'.

It goes without saying that the GM is going to be very heated as it stands, so they better have a damn good reason to justify this $10M placement over the next few weeks leading up the meeting. They would look like fools otherwise.

Hopefully the stock holds up okay tomorrow for those in it. A strong US night will hopefully provide some support.
