great post septa...agreed if management keeps giving shares at discounted prices they are basically announcing to market how much to their eyes ccc is worth....once shareholder trust.is.lost it will be hard to get it.back...in my view.ccc.management has had ample.time to.deliver.on promises....and.update the market...i certaintly.wont.be.hanging.on.jason or.don turveys words..i would want a third.party.view ..to.give.full.disclosure of the true.state of.conti.coal....hence....ive.gone the asic road....i invite.others to do the.same...who are.not happy with managements answers...
