    Can someone expain why this announcement on Friday isnt market sensitive? On etrade and ASX it isnt marked market sensitive I know its a small thing but again seems like they have done it to fly under the radar.
    The announcement should have been general meeting to approve new issue.
    I know in the past ccc release trivial things and mark them price sensitive
