Hi Serpie,
After reading your previous posts on SBN I'm not sure where you are coming from. You seem to be affected more by the daily shareprice movements than what the company is actually doing, which by the way, is fine for a trader but I'm not sure it's good for an investor.
Having said that there are a few of us on this thread that know the company better than most and we also know that if you combine first class IP (oraline IV), with extremely savvy business people (Jim Hallam, Mike Fitzpatrick, Peter King, Andrew Paice and Jack Kerrin)and a world market that is waiting for our product, the only missing ingredient for success is money/investment capital.
Where do we get the extra cash?
You could do a placement at 2c which would result in enormous dilution, p##sed off shareholders and only a small amount of cash raised. For me not an option.
OR
You could think beyond the square.
Ask yourself the following questions.
How else do you raise capital/secure investment?
Who would want to make sure that SBN prospers to ensure that their supply of drug tests is guaranteed, so they don't get egg on their collective faces if SBN falls over? (at the moment you could make a list and the list is growing everyday!)
How do you secure outside investment and at the same time add shareholder value?
If you were SBN, who would you chose as an investment partner to add value to the SP?
Finally, for take over to occur you need the support of the major shareholders. I can say, with some certainty, that their are many more steps to go before we are at that stage but that's not to say it won't occur after we build the kitty more.
