Further to the statement made to the ASX of Wednesday April 9th 2003,
the Chairman of the Board, Barrie Martin, advises that the Board is
concerned that the two separate announcements may have been
inadvertently linked.

The announcement relating to the resignation of Mr Ian Duffell is in
no way connected to the profit guidance statement. Mr Duffell had for
some time discussed his desire to spend more time on his other
business interests. We wish Ian well in his future endeavours and
thank him for his considerable contribution over the past two years.
