That link is useful for seeing historical levels of shorts...
ASX report only covers the previous day it doesn't give a cumulative total.... just a daily total... the asic one is cumulative and more accurate but delayed.
Shorts can range in duration from a day to months...
Most of the time its the larger holders hedging their positions to guard against downside risks... Nothing sinister about it at these levels...
Not trying to kill anyone... I actually like AMX.
