I've seen you around before and I have a long memory. Not sure I can take what you say at face value TBH.
Hard to imagine they will still be a listed entity by the end of this year, given everything that has happened and everything we now know.
Surely this is stretching it a bit don't you think?
There will be institutional and large shareholders who will have a view on removing key players. It depends on how extensive the problem is with the Board, and how replaceable Ballantyne is. There may be a merger on the cards for instance.
(And imagine what we are still to discover!)
Well the financial statements are there, and it's simply a question of reconciliations and a full audit. Nobody has accused Ballantyne of being incompetent. Not acting in the best interests of shareholders in relation to expenditure of company funds is however a serious concern.
I have to say, flattery direct towards me aside, that you appear to be kicking NWT when they are down.
This is not acceptable practice but it is standard for some traders who see an opportunity in a distressed stock. Again, I have a long memory and I've seen you around before.
