There will be institutional and large shareholders who will have a view on removing key players. It depends on how extensive the problem is with the Board, and how replaceable Ballantyne is. There may be a merger on the cards for instance.

(And imagine what we are still to discover!)

Well the financial statements are there, and it's simply a question of reconciliations and a full audit. Nobody has accused Ballantyne of being incompetent. Not acting in the best interests of shareholders in relation to expenditure of company funds is however a serious concern.

I have to say, flattery direct towards me aside, that you appear to be kicking NWT when they are down.

This is not acceptable practice but it is standard for some traders who see an opportunity in a distressed stock. Again, I have a long memory and I've seen you around before.

It's interesting on HC re-reading earlier posts. This one from early March criticised me for daring to suggest that NWT may not be a listed entity by the end of the year! Sad how arrogantly wrong people have been about this company.

Unfortunately, NWT will fold and AB will walk away with his reputation tarnished but his pockets full. Just another prediction, but I hope this time I am wrong.
