    Word on the street in Buka is that the new Bougainville Mining Law which is being drafted will remove all rights held by BOC and return the mine site to the landowners and give them a veto over future development. BCL is finished! Get out while you can.

    Stock down 15.15% at 3pm today. Last trade 28 cents. M Cap $112M
