ITK have to agree with you regarding real-time being better than advanced... less lag etc etc... They can be a pain finding stuff though, as Mike has pointed out... took me an hour to first find spot gold.

Mike... try using the search function on a raft of different market groups, you might find the contracts tucked away in there somewhere... I personally haven't seen them or looked for them myself.
