    My well entrenched disdain for bureaucracy might well melt a little today if the SA Public Service can extract the digit and get the MARP across the line as promised.

    I don't think it all together unfair to ask for three things today:

    (1) MARP...and has been promised
    (2) JV named and claimed because the deal is HGO positive...also promised
    (3) A goodly rise in the SP...and I want at least 4 cents today and more to follow next week.
