Another couple of great announcements that has been dismissed by the market today.

Arafura Resources Limited (ASX: ARU) today announces the commencement of an infill soil sample program at the company’s Kurinelli gold project, located 150 kilometres SE of Tennant Creek, in the Northern Territory.
The company is targeting more than 2,500 infill soil samples from the northern region of the 5.5 x 1.5 kilometre anomalous gold zone in order to expand the high-density geochemical coverage across most of the zone.
This program follows on from recent encouraging results in the south western part of the zone, where drill testing in 2006 confirmed the presence of gold mineralisation at depth (ARU ASX announcement 17/8/06) with the best result of the program being 6.77 g/t gold.
These results will assist in identifying potential drill targets for the 2008 exploration program.
In addition, Arafura also plans to commence a comprehensive regional geochemical gold-in-soil and stream sediment sampling program in EL 9710 and EL 9745, about 45 kilometres SW of Kurinelli.
This is an initial green fields sampling program in the SW Davenport Ranges and will take place after the completion of the Kurinelli program. Approximately 1,000 samples are planned to evaluate the gold potential in EL 9710 and EL 9745.
The program should be finalised in August with results expected late September 2007.
