Ahh yes T$ jax.I sent HR an email regarding this and renewals are lodged,monies paid and transfers signed apparently and just awaiting approval of newly lodged applications.Just a formality.

That is another reason for delayed settlement i presume.If there is a problem down the track then QMN won't be paying the full amount but a problem would be most unlikely.
