Do you accept that weather comes in all varieties and not just Extreme?

What about a few days of frost or not enough days of frost (it depends on the individual produce of course) impacting yields, would you class these scenarios as being Extreme?

It's not a Duopoly, Coles & Woolies only have approx 65% market share.

What have long term contracts to do with climate change causing inflation?

If everything was 'extreme' then nothing would be extreme by very definition.
