    but, intensity is also increasing - which is not a very good thing

    take an example for a similar natural disaster potential event -

    earthquake

    if you are in a high risk earthquake area -------------- would you prefer a lot of tiny earthquakes -

    or no tiny ones ----------- but, a big one now and then.


    Ask anyone in an area that has had a sizable quake - if they feel more or less comfortable with having dozens of small quakes in the days after - or would they prefer it 'quiet'

    believe me -------------- less frequently ---------- is NOT necessarily a good thing
