I quote Peter Day from Q&A 5 from the meeting's minutes today:
" It is also important to note that the Class Actions against CNP will remain with CNP post aggregation and any settlement amounts in relation to the CNP Class Actions will not be borne by either CER or CRF.."

In relation to the CER class action, it is Important to note that the CER 6.91 percent cap equates to approximately $75M. Any liability/settlement amount beyond this is borne by the new company. Nice to be sharing the love/pain in this instance...... I'd like to think that any settlement can be shared between all concerned- especially PWC and everyone's insurers.
