Like all others who are watching this I am frustrated I don't know the full answer. But we are in TH so can't do anything anyway.
I would assume that the delay is in both interpretation of the decision and in negotiating/planning for the game from here onwards.
It would be nice to get an interim announcement but I will try to be patient and await the best picture we can get as the TH is lifted.
