Why don't AVQ just acquire a tech asset? AVQ is basically a shell now with huge cash problems. They currently own no assets. their others assets got signed over for the convertible note which they cannot repay.

SMM won't disappear, they'll find a way. I agree with Matty, people gave them no chance at all in the appeal and they won. People say they didn't win but when AVQ's share price falls to 10 cents I think most will agree SMM basically won.
They won't just disappear into thin air. Years ago others said the Japanese are ruthless in business and got howled down as down rampers.


Plenty of shells have done well, so can AVQ
