So they took advantage of the current SP rise - who can blame them ? The relationship with Sino and GCN is well known, and im sure they needed the cash for expansion now BEFORE the P1 ANN so as to get sales figures moving.
It has been languishing sub 2c for so long, that if they did this before it would have magnified the drop.
Yes, it upsets sentiment - only for those who still not believe the upcoming ANN's are coming, and riding the wave of euphoria.
Great chance to pickup some dropped bundles from those who over-react this morning.
