Cmon??? Looking for discussion for and agianst.
Who believes this TOL and only the TOL is political?
I say no. Can't elaborate as to why. Its just a feeling. Ironically it has to do with the election. If they are talking next year (April) I cannot conceive of a legitimate way the TOL could be delayed for this long. Ergo it is not political.
I'm not suggesting I am correct, but I think my logical/thought process might be reasonable.
