Montif just becuase we dont have a liecence atm doest mean we wont get one. From what i can gather the Government via the PSC, NGO's in malaysia, AELB are all supportive of Lynas with the PSC even recommending the TOL to be issued. TOL imo is not longer an issue its as good as given.
