Looking at the picture of Fuzzball above I think that Najib should romp it in. Who would vote for someone that looks like they need to be institutionalised?

But on a more serious note...unless there is an election in the next few weeks the TOL will not be a political issue as I believe Lynas would have extremely good grounds to sue the Malaysian government. Not to mention the bad press Malaysia would earn as a a seriously impaired investment destination. Having said that, I don't believe the TOL is a political issue yet I believe it is caught up in the web of ignorant public "perception" created by a vocal minority and augmented by paraonoid small shareholders here on HC....bit of a paradox.
