I know what you're getting at but - no mine, no rate of return - my post was focussed on the relative merits of MtPeake compared to other Va players. To take another example of grades, Bushveld's in-situ grades prior to any processing are 1.48% V2O5 poor old TNG doesn't compare. And someone asked why Louisa's report that was posted the other day didn't mention TNG. Not hard to figure out why.
but, yeah, I'm reasonably sure that MtPeake 'could' be a goer - but IMO it's no certainty.
