    LTers very happy to snap up below $1... feel free to sell with USA deal pending. I am one who happy to snap up...

    Followed these guys since Jan 2010... rerating coming again when officially enter US deal.

    Apparently some speculated May\June, now many getting impatience. Negotiations always take a bit longer than anticipated even from those close to the action. IMO
