John, I assume you are referring to the employee grants on Nov 16....
10,000 restricted employee shares; and
114,000 employee options....
Restricted common shares to employee;
Unlisted employee options @ US$5.57 and
A$5.70 each per common share

I personally wouldn't be worried about them right now, as the SP is only marginally higher than their options.

If I was an employee, I'd keep them (that is from my personal knowledge about the company)
Interesting to see what they'll do!
I assume the higher the volume will be, the better for us - as it gives new mid-to-long-term investors the possibility to get big parcels without having to muck around for half a week :)
