a. We get an announcement being clear about what we are about to embark on. All annoucnements to date probably make no sense to the average shareholder.
b. Leak of infomration from drill site/people in the know.
If the sp was going to run, it would've already.. charts don't mean a thing right now, especially with MEO..
commerical discovery or no commercial discovery.. thats what people want to know and that is the only thing that will move the sp either way.
