with respect to all share holders except management @regent - it must be of concern or interest as to what the managments agenda to the offer was [what was there it it for them-apart from 3.30 per/share ? ] doesnt look good to me . as if they where any good at all they would know within a reasosable price rangethe value of our company before any kpmg report as they would have to supply all relavant info. also express the future protential of our company . it is very doutful that they gave any though to all minority share holders who rely on there reports and presentations . just like U M C we are just chicken feed .but the good think about being a shareholder we can all turn up at the A G M -may not vote them off but can surely tell them our pleasant thoughs cheers w.t.
