I believe that if they say they have many interested parties then they have many interested parties(maybe not for 314 or Carnarvon), I trust they are just playing their(and ours) cards far better than you yours, they know what they hold and they are only going to fold when they get what they think is fair value. Just by the way many hold for an average far less than what you stated.
