Lucky star/others: WHY on earth would the company raise funds at the ultra low SUD share-price right now IF they already would kind of be 'in the know' that a POSITIVE announcement would come about that obviously would drive the SUD share-price up...?
Logically, the positive news would have to come first to raise funds thereafter at a HIGHER share-price level??
Or is MY 'logic' flawed in this regard???
