CEO should resign or be forced out over this serious breach of ASX rules impacting all legitimate stakeholders. It points to complacency, inattention, indifference, incompetence, disregard for shareholders interest and shameful corporate governance.
Yet, apathetic, forgiving apologetics on this forum disregard the breach and the underlying sorry affront that it represents and also portrays for the questionable future for this stock and curiously stand up in defence of the guilty. Work that out!
