Radstan....Directors can buy and or sell shares a moment before any announcement.

What they risk is being charged with "insider trading"

I believe The Directors of SEN are guilty of insider trading in this instance.

They sold shares to IKL at 55c.......BEFORE releasing market sensitive information to the market regarding its Half yearly result.

They traded their parcels with the knowledge of the bad results.

The average shareholder was not afforded the same luxury.


That is why i believe ASIC and the ASX should investigate this share trading by them.

and i know would suggest when FG sold his 2m parcel at 62c.....he was also aware of the state of the Safenet/Senetas situation as they now cite the difficulties with Safenet as the reason for their poor results when in May they said it was not an issue.

Has to be one or the other....cannot be both!
