Yeah. Short but sweet announcement. Unlikely to have any real impact on today's sp. Definately atleast 1month delay. We don't even try persuade the locals until the environmental review is complete.

I just think they are barking up the wrong tree. Some locals may be against the project on environmental grounds, but others are against it for other reasons. I don't think a glowing report will just magically transorm the situation.

Good to at least have the official release over with and let the market decide what it thinks.
