Yes, I believe we had 12months to access it. But presumeably we would be able to get it renewed. The project parameters haven't changed. The various political insurances and local support terms would remain to protect bankers. They also had a financial clause. No doubt we required to have a certain amount of cash which at the time was much higher. Wouldn't be surprised if we needed a CR to strengthen the balance sheet before getting access to the $50mil.
I'd say funding is the least of our worries. I'm not convinced the locals will see the light.
