yes misty, it does do wonders - brings life into perspective.
NW Tassie - you can see Mt Roland in the background - I see about 180 plus degree mountains - from western tiers to Black Bluff -- including Roland, Van Dyke, Cradle etc. The Aurora's come pretty much centred over Roland.
Canberra - I do love the autumn colours near the ACT - I remember the poplars - glorious. The rain and grey skies will clear - nothing is forever.
My beautiful clear sky will only last another day or so I think - we have had about 5 days of perfectly clear - blue and stars - the frost has laid on the ground all day -
great for views and if you are a Scottish Terrier :)
