I feel for those on the wrong side of LYC I really do, however it's not like there were no warnings. I don't believe LYC have such little respect for retail holders as many suggest, they're victims of outside influences, just as holders are. As for the CR, LYC need money end of story. As for the HOW it was done, I would put that far more down to JP than I would Lynas, including that 5 minute block (which for the record was quite smart). JP would have sold the CR as the safer option and would reduce long term risk (which in part is true).
You're all in this with eyes wide open, maybe some need to accept that.
