How would P&G claim a patent with OBJ tech in it without firstly licencing the technology from OBJ? And in turn without OBJ announcing it to the market. Fair enough if the tech was a micro array device but surface hygiene, I don't see it.
For example the process for the Micro Array was OBJ patent update of Nov 2013 here then the licence agreement of April 2014 with P&G then the wand launch in September 2014.
