Perhaps in Germany the VW dump has hurt some local investment banks that SMS may have been looking at who knows but the end of the day if there is Billions to be made someone or several will stump up I believe on the TNG front. PLS is further away but has huge potential...Maybe the reason PB wanted another 10mil oppies as Neil has 35Mil shares or so in his baby. I am sure they talk...
