How can strategy come into it when its sensitive information therefore must be released as soon as possible if this was the case there would of been a TH to "review the information" , i have a feeling that the consultants still haven't given them the resource estimates yet or are still playing with it.
I mean far out can they be at least a little less optimist with their time lines and maybe give us the worst case scenario instead of the best case most earliest and surprise the market that you are doing things ahead of schedule its not like any SH will know if they are taking to long or it is being done quicker in regards to all this permits, resource estimates and PFS/DFS announcements...
