They have JORC'd resources. They come close to breaking even at $31/oz silver with current resources.
There has been at least 1 big holder exiting for the time being with what I'm guessing is an assumption that gold/silver spot prices will drop down. Last night they were proven correct, at least for now.
SVL as a longer term punt is still OK. I'm out simply because I had a stop in place and it was hit. In hind site the chart was telling the SP was weak when I bought in, but I let the story get to my head a little.
