Sometimes the market follows , there are a lot of small holders of BKN , small holders = volatility , especially in a confused panic. recent $2.50 offer , directors preferred $2.00 offer , share price should be 1.90 +. Everything should be back on track now the washout is done. There will be 1m shares in recently acquired shorts holders who will be asolutely reeling right now, another 10% tomorrow , and it's a shorters BBQ , all LT holders welcome.
