I have said for a while now that an spp would not have been well supported, not because of anything stock specific necessarily just on evidence from similair raisings recently.

current spp is an afterthought forced on AMU by revolting shareholders

Interesting all those that screamed blue murder about not being included in placement, i wonder how many would have actually put there $$$ on the table.

Hopefully any dollars raised will pay down more debt which has to be a good thing.

Is it just me or is anyone else over this thread title ?
