My understanding of what Ben Greene was talking about with kinetic kill is where a weapon like a 50cal machine gun can fire at an exposed IED for instance, or it could just as easily be any other projectile firing weapon, what BG was alluding to in my opinion was the greater accuracy of their sighting systems today in their crows weapons station.
