How can you have an NPV so high. Based on the current GOLD price A$1000, CQT has approx A$2.4bill of resource. Take a 15% profit margin (to be safe) and you have A$360mill. Your estimate of A$500-750mill calculates a 20-30% profit margin. I wasnt aware that the profit percentage profit marging was so high for a measured status or have you accounted for something else?

Perhaps the resource has increased 20% since the last upgrade to account for my 15% valuation. Or perhaps the gold is cheap to recover because its shallow.
