    Malta, cant answer your first question but I will have a go at the debt side of things. ISF completed a cap raising which according to Gary Cohen will have reduced net debt down to $207m or 30% gearing level which he believes is a comfortable level for the company. Since the acquisition of Isoft there has been around $160m worth of debt retired. I'm confident that the debt will be easily repaid as around 70% of ISF revenue is reoccurring add to that the new contracts ISF obtains and Debt shouldn't be a problem.

    You couldn't wish for a better sector than health and IT as governments continue to increase their spending in these two areas. There has also been talk of a dividend, however I would much prefer the company to eliminate more debt.
