The fact it was held under for so long would certainly make a strong case that an offer was going to be made at a premium to the VWAP in the last month or so. The question is at what premium to that price it has been held at would be acceptable? All hypothetical, but as I stated on the original post, its either news on Enlitic or talks for consolidation for me.
