    At 11.3%, they can prevent Ant. from getting to a 90% holding and therefore "compulsory acquisition".
    This is either a strong bargaining chip, which 1/may assist Crosby 2/ be a real 3rd party interest 3/be an attempt for s/term profit by the funds to ratchet up the offer price 4/???
    But for us holders, its a pretty good situation either way.
